April Real Estate Snapshot - Special COVID-19 Edition

How quickly our world has changed in a month. At the start of March, the Denver Metro real estate spring market was off to a great start and showing signs of record-breaking activity. By the end of the month, we were all wondering what was ahead for us, our industry and our country. On March 26th a “Stay-at-Home” executive order was issued by Colorado Governor Jared Polis, but ‘real estate’ was classified as a ‘critical business’ and today, April 7th, we are no longer able to do in-person showings unless we have an executed sales contract.
