Here is a quick snapshot of how Denver's housing market did last month.
Fewer homes sold last month due to the Stay At Home order that was put in place in April, which did not allow in-person showings. The good news is that pending homes and new listings skyrocketed in May as showings picked back up. Pending home sales jumped to 6,809 in May which is higher than May one year ago at 6,470. Additionally, new listings increased by 36 percent month-over-month.
